Toggle it! is based on a stress and pain relief system developed by Laurie Heusinger, LMT, NTS, who spent years struggling with asthma. She learned how to control her asthma through a series of techniques that lead her to Toggling. The application of Toggling is the recognition that emotions are intimately connected with all symptoms, and are a field of energy that can be changed and literally reprogrammed. About the Author
Laurie Heusinger is a Natural Therapeutic Specialist and Licensed Massage Therapist. She owns and operates Alpha Omega Therapeutics in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A graduate from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, her twelve years of experience in the alternative health field led to her discovery and development of the Toggle Technique. Laurie now conducts consultations and combined treatment programs utilizing massage therapy and the Toggle Technique. She maintains her practice, publicly lectures, teaches, and continues to conduct research on the many mental and physical health advantages that result from Toggling.
